Topic of Daisy

Topic of DaisyThe first topic of Daisy is 'A New Kind of Romance' by Leo Tolstoy. Daisy is introduced as a first class gossip in the yellow pages and later becomes an employee of a publishing house. She tries to find out the reason why Gatsby moved from the Glades to the Hamptons. The reasons and characters are very interesting and good plot lines that are developed throughout the novel. The second topic of Daisy is 'Hilton Head' by Ernest Hemingway. This is the story of Fitzgerald's trip to Florida and the later life of his daughter, Zelda. It describes the love between the young boy and his mother, as well as the tragedy and uncertainty in the world. 'Hilton Head' is one of the best American novels. I enjoyed reading this book because it is different from other novels I read. The third topic of Daisy is 'Green Hills of Africa' by Rudyard Kipling. This is one of the greatest books ever written and it has always been among my favorites. The theme is quite simple - how different the wor ld can be if people put aside their differences for a short while and learn to respect each other. The fourth topic of Daisy is 'Elvira' by Emily Bronte. This is a short book about the past and future of two little girls. The theme is about good vs. evil and virtue vs. vice. It's a nice concept that is well explored in this short story. The fifth topic of Daisy is 'Eichmann in Jerusalem' by Elie Wiesel. This was the most harrowing and hard to read book in history. It is a dramatic story that is told in short chapters but conveys a lot of information in a short amount of time. The sixth topic of Daisy is 'Huckleberry Finn' by Mark Twain. This book is a humorous tale about Huck and Tom Sawyer and how they try to survive life in the big city. Some of the topics are about racial prejudice, poverty, crime, and homosexuality. It is very thought provoking and can be applied in our own lives. The subject is a very important one and should be studied. The seventh topic of Daisy is 'Frankenstein' by Mary Shelley. A story of a man who begins to develop powers. The theme is that if we are given the chance to act like gods, how would we feel? The eight topic of Daisy is 'The Outsider' by John Irving. This is a story about a young woman who must move to New York and learn to live her life without a social structure or a family. This is a real life story and some of the themes are about self-discovery and self-acceptance.
